I am new to blogging and to social media. I have been blogging for only a few months now but seem to spend more of my time trying to tweet, to research how to use Twitter, and and how to make money on my blog. In a nut shell, I'm getting no where fast. I feel like I'm trying really hard every day but have nothing to show for it.
I was wondering if there were others who are new and would like (for lack of a better term right now, sorry!)...buddy up. Just to be able to give feed back, and to share how each are doing things.
It's really important to make sure you spend the time to write blog postings and to provide relevant information. You can then use tools like Twitter to draw people to your blog. Keep in mind that the quality of your followers is more important than quantity.
It takes time to build a following but it's kind of like rolling a ball of yarn. When you start the ball seems to grow very slowly but the bigger it gets the faster it grows.
